Background: A Richmond, Virginia native and certified community health worker, Stephanie is leading her team at the Richmond City Health District while also serving on many other community boards.

Katelyn Schifano

Katelyn Schifano

Secretary

Background: Katelyn Schifano, MS, CHES, is a Richmond City resident with over 13 years of health education experience. Her expertise is in community engagement in research. She works at Massey Cancer Center to help connect the community and researchers to work together to achieve shared goals.

Co-Treasurer

Background: A master’s degree holder from Madrid. Lydia is a dedicated advocate who works with immigrants, providing information and resources to help them adapt. Her focus is on education, outreach, and partnerships.

 Fun Fact: “My last name is English but I also speak Spanish.”
